Too stressful trying to exchange a Christmas gift of a sweater. Had to find exact price & mfg. of the sweater. My sweater was now on sale so that excluded my exchange choice. I finally gave up & took a store credit. Traci, a wonderful & understanding sales associate was helpful, patient & kind. Will not be returning to kohls..

Had to do a return at Sephora, very pleasant and helpful. Then found what I wanted in the store, went to the register and Kim was so pleasant and happy, just love how all the employees are helpful and ask you if there was anything else you needed.. just love shopping at Kohl’s..

I love Kohl's in Plymouth. This visit, Mary was my check-out agent, and she was just great! Completely friendly, helpful, Funny, knowledgeable and professional. I'll go back to use my coupons for sure this time, just because Mary was so excellent. Thank you!

They had a couple pairs of sneakers that I really liked! And I finally got the Kohls rewards membership! I will have to go back to spend my Kohls cash this week and see what else I can find!!

Even though you say NO the 1st time when asked if you want their credit card they have to ask you (3) times if you want one! I asked to speak to the manager, because the cashier was so rude to me for not wanting a credit card, and she wasn’t much better and told me that they “HAVE TO” ask you (3) times!!!!!
